Since its founding in 2011, kay me has been a brand committed to supporting those who take on challenges. "Be the Art, Be the Ambition." We collaborate with young artists from around the world, using kay me clothing as a canvas to create art filled with emotion. A portion of sales will be donated to the artists. Join us in a new world of co-creation, connecting the skills of Japanese artisans, the passion of the artists, and the challenges of all who wear our clothing. Our first piece is "Womanhood," an artwork themed around healing, created by Hong Kong-born, Singapore-raised artist Amanda. That one garment can change someone's life. That choice can make the world a little kinder. Be the Art, Be the Ambition. For all women who take on challenges.

Delivery & Returns

Can I return a product?

After you received the order, we kindly ask you to check whether the content of the package matches your order. If this is not the case, please contact: support@kayme.com If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 14 days. Undergarments must for hygienic reasons be returned unworn and in their unopened, original packing with the label and price tag attached. If not, they cannot be returned. Gift wrapping and laundry bags can also not be returned.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange products at the moment.

How do I return a product to the returns department?

A return form is sent with your package. Please fill in the return form and add it to the package together with the copy of the invoice. First, request a product return from your customer dashboard ‘Product Returns’. Then ship your item back to us, following the instructions on the returns form included in your shipment. 

Can I also return my order in a kay me store directly?

Yes, if (one of) the item(s) do(es) not fit properly, you can also return the order at one of the kay me stores*.*Orders can be returned in the following stores: Odakyu Shinjuku, Tokyo Ginza

REFUNDS

How long will it take before I receive my money back?

We shall transfer the money paid for the returned product within 30 days. The returned products must be in their original condition, have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn and include the original packaging and any related accessories or instruction books.**If a returned product doesn’t meet the above mentioned standards, the kay me webshop may refuse the returned product.

Passing on Japanese technology, now at 1.5%

Founded in 2011, kay me was founded out of a sense of crisis that only 3% of clothing distributed in Japan was domestically produced (50% in 1990). The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated factory bankruptcies and the departure of craftsmen, resulting in a current Japanese-made rate of 1.5%. kay me, which uses advanced Japanese technology, will continue to work to pass on Japanese manufacturing to the next generation.

癒しのディテール
襟付きのものを探していました。発売された時から気になっていましたが、色味が写真より落ち着いているとのコメントから迷っていました。確かにその通りでしたが、癒しのアートで着やすく、使いやすいワンピースでした。アーティストを応援するというストーリーが良いですね。日本のアーティストも応援したいです。
