1. [Returns]
In principle, if you wish to return or exchange the product due to a difference in size or other reasons,
We will only respond if you contact us within 14 days of the product being shipped.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
・Items that have been shipped more than 15 days ago ・Items that are missing tags or labels ・Items that show signs of wear ・Items that have scratches, stains, odors, etc. that were not there when they were sent ※In the case of returns, we do not generally accept cash on delivery. If you return the item cash on delivery, we will deduct a certain amount from your refund.

3) Please return the item with prepayment. *Please refrain from returning the item by regular mail or mail service. Please make sure to use a method that leaves a record of delivery.

5. Refund Procedure
After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will take the following steps.

1) If you purchased with a credit card, your credit card will be cancelled (if the cancellation deadline has passed, this may take several months)
2) If you purchased the product by bank transfer or cash on delivery, please enter your bank account information in this form. We will transfer the amount excluding the bank transfer fee.
*If you are refunded by bank transfer, please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated factory bankruptcies and the departure of craftsmen, and the current rate of Japanese-made products has fallen to 1.5%. kay me is made using advanced Japanese technology, and this item in particular is made in Tokyo, which is rare, and we will continue to work to pass on Japanese manufacturing to the next generation.
