How to earn kay me Points
- kay me Points can be earned through online purchases on the kay me store (kayme.com) or by participating in campaigns. Points can be earned for credit card purchases (English-language store/Japanese-language store) or COD/bank transfer (Japanese-language store only)
- For purchases on the English-language store:
$10 (USD) spent = 30 kay me points earned
For purchases on the Japanese-language store for delivery in Japan:
¥100 (JPY) spent = 3 kay me points earned
- kay me Points are earned at the ‘time of invoicing’. kay me Points are delivered at the time of invoicing, not the time of order.
- For ‘Try and Buy’ orders paid through ‘pay-as-you-go billing’, points will be earned at the time of payment. For ‘Try and Buy’ orders paid through ‘monthly billing’, points will be earned at the end of the month when the payment is made.
- kay me Points expire 365 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Campaigns or offers may be available at certain times to earn additional kay me Points.

a) kay me reserves the right to change the rate at which kay me Points are earned at any time and without notification
b) kay me Points are earned on ‘pre-tax’ prices and cannot be earned from any additional shipping/delivery fees that may be incurred.
