1. [Returns]
In principle, if you wish to return or exchange the product due to a difference in size or other reasons,
We will only respond if you contact us within 14 days of the product being shipped.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
・Items that have been shipped more than 15 days ago ・Items that are missing tags or labels ・Items that show signs of wear ・Items that have scratches, stains, odors, etc. that were not there when they were sent ※In the case of returns, we do not generally accept cash on delivery. If you return the item cash on delivery, we will deduct a certain amount from your refund.
2. [Returns and exchanges for defective products or incorrect deliveries]
After receiving the product, please check to make sure there are no defects such as product defects or incorrect delivery.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect delivery, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving the product.
After confirming your inquiry, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the item.
Please return the product after receiving the notification email.
We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrect products. Please return the product with postage paid by the customer.
3. [Exchange]
After confirming the returned item, we will arrange for the shipment of a replacement item.
*Even if you request an exchange, we may have to treat it as a return depending on stock availability.
4. [Return/exchange procedures]
1) Please submit your request via the "Submit a new return request" button in the "Return Request" menu on the "My Account" page.
Please also select the reason for return.
2) After clicking the "Submit a new return request" button, you will receive an email stating that your return request has been accepted.
Please print this email and include it with your returned item.
(If you are unable to print it out, please enclose a note with your order number #**** and your name.)
3) Please return the item with prepayment. *Please refrain from returning the item by regular mail or mail service. Please make sure to use a method that leaves a record of delivery.

5. Refund Procedure
After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will take the following steps.
1) If you purchased with a credit card, your credit card will be cancelled (if the cancellation deadline has passed, this may take several months)
2) If you purchased the product by bank transfer or cash on delivery, please enter your bank account information in this form. We will transfer the amount excluding the bank transfer fee.
*If you are refunded by bank transfer, please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.
