Whenever I go to a wine bar or a classy hotel bar in Tokyo, there are classy looks everywhere, with elegant black dresses or chic styles because 'it's an expensive place'. Sometimes it's just nice to stand out and bring some color to the bar, and this dress definitely gets attention as you make your way to your counter seat.
